Warranty Coverage:

  1. Duration: The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
  2. Scope: This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.
  3. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
    • Improper installation or removal
    • Misuse or neglect
    • Accidents or collisions
    • Exposure to extreme conditions outside normal use
    • Normal wear and tear

How to Claim:

  1. Contact Us:

    • Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Evaluation:
    • Our customer service team will evaluate your claim and may request photos or additional information to assess the defect.
  3. Return Instructions:
    • If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective product.
    • Shipping costs for returning the product may be covered by Aslam depending on the nature of the defect.
  4. Replacement/Refund:
    • Upon receipt and verification of the defective product, we will either:
      • Replace the wiper blades with a new set at no additional cost, or
      • Issue a full refund, including the original purchase price and any applicable taxes.
    • The method of resolution (replacement or refund) will be determined based on product availability and the specifics of the defect.

Additional Terms:

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Any replacement products provided under this warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  • Aslam reserves the right to deny any warranty claim if the defect is found to be outside the scope of coverage or due to reasons listed in the exclusions.
  • this warranty covers wiper blades only and will not cover any other forms of loss or damage for example but not limited to damage to windscreen of Vehicle or any other vehicles, loss of income, revenue, profit, goodwill ect.
  • No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorised to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on Aslam Wiper Australia Pty Ltd's behalf.
